We will meet at the project site and discuss objectives and goals. Remote jobs will be assessed via google earth and a discussion with the client. Following the consultation, a proposal will be drawn based on the project specifics such as site needs, client desires and existing conditions.

Two to three color rendered conceptual plans will be drafted with optional 3D rendering. A meeting to discuss the concepts will be held. From the concepts we will discuss likes and dislikes from each to work into the next phase: construction documents.

Following the conceptual plan meeting, we will draft a set of working landscape construction documents based on your needs. This can range from landscape construction plans, planting plans, landscape lighting plans and irrigation plans.
